This is a particularly good article about Twitter. I am still trying to figure out many things there, but I know that it works when you use it correctly. As for HootSuite, today a very knowledgable author recommended the site. He informed me that it is extremely easy to use, free, and internet based, so you don’t have to download anything. I am certainly going to try it out.

I use hootsuite and Bufferapp. Bufer allows ten tweets per day free and it easy to use and reliable. It also makes it very easy to tweet a website you want to share.
